| Firstly, I would like to say a big thank you to our judges Allan Harvey (Aussie) and Trish Godfrey for a good day. Secondly i would like to say how dissapointed I was in how the show ended. Out of approx 15 exibitors only 5 stayed for prize giving. Sorry but I find that disrespectful to our visiting judge. I am sorry if this affends some people but if i had come from across the ditch to judge and got this response i sure would not want to come back. |

Yes I too would like to thank our super judges....Trish you did a great job judging the pets...(good practise for when you become a breed judge soon)& Allan what can I say..he was great. So thorough & I am sure we all learnt a lot...one never stops learning re rabbits (in fact this goes really for everything in life). We even had some of the cavy people coming over to listen when he did his presentation, while we were waiting to debench.
However sadly I have to agree with Fiona about those who remained for cleaning up & prizegiving. I am sure Vanessa & Lee as well as myself would have loved to have had more help at the end as it was really tiring. Two of our members ended up in Hospital(plus others were sick with the flu..so inconsiderate to do that..getting sick pulling hamstrings & having pneumonia, before our show .get well soon!!!!We were lucky that Allans friend Nikki King stood in as book steward for the day, many thanks you were great...we need you to live here! |
